No replacements will be provided for services that cease to function after 48 hours. All sales are final. "Mystik" and affiliated parties are not accountable for any buyer's conduct post-purchase. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. It is your duty to regularly check this page for updates.

Warranties and Guarantees:
It is important to note that the "Mystik" services have a warranty period of 48 hours, unless otherwise stated, except the "Banking" service, which has a 24-hour warranty. These warranties solely consist of replacements; there are no refunds. "Mystik" will not provide any refund or replacement in the event that the warranty is voided or because of any other technical issues out of our control.


Expectations and Proper Conduct:
Once the transaction is complete, the product and service will be delivered to you within a short period of time. Once received, the buyer's obligation and responsibility is to use the product immediately and report any significant discrepancy to "Mystik" and staff. If not used immediately and/or not reported immediately, then all warranties are voided and you will not be eligible for a replacement. Any action or inaction by the buyer that constitutes misrepresentation, deception, or ill intent against "Mystik" or any parties associated with it shall result in an immediate termination of all liability and responsibility. It will also make you ineligible to be a customer in the future. You shall be banned from any groups owned by, associated with, or affiliated with any sister sites or partners thereof ("Mystik") and all the parties related to them.
Any issues must be addressed through support in a respectful, concise manner. The issue must pertain to "Mystik" products and services you personally purchased. Intelligent questions are acceptable pertaining to your personal purchase.

Liability Disclaimer:

We assume no liability if a service ceases to function due to an error outside of our control within or after the warranty period. The use of our services is at your own risk. We disclaim responsibility for any damages arising from errors or issues outside our control. This disclaimer applies to all aspects of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

"Banking" Service Terms:

Upon successful payment, you will receive the details for the bank you paid for, along with step-by-step instructions that allow you to successfully set up the bank. It is important to note that unlike the other services "Mystik" offers, this service has a 24-hour warranty that consists of replacements. You have only 15 minutes to execute the provided instructions. Prepare all necessary tools and ensure absolute readiness before initiating your purchase for a guaranteed smooth transaction. Failure to follow the instructions and/or getting the account banned due to multiple failed sign-in attempts immediately voids your warranty; you will not get your bank account, nor will you get a replacement.

Server Boost Terms:

To initiate the service, you must provide a valid, permanent invitation link to the target server. Delivery is fully automated and typically concludes within 10 minutes of order processing, requiring no further action on your behalf to activate the 14 boosts. Please be advised that these boosts are non-transferable and are permanently bound to the designated server once applied. The warranty for this service is strictly contingent upon the boosting accounts remaining within the server. Any removal of these accounts—whether through manual administrative action (kicking or banning) or automated security systems (such as anti-raid bots or auto-moderation tools)—constitutes a breach of terms and immediately voids all warranties. We assume no liability for boosts lost due to server configuration or administrative actions, and no replacements or restorations will be issued under these circumstances.
